Terms of service

1. General Conditions:

  • By using our services or buying from us, you confirm that you are old enough to buy legally in Namibia.
  • We may refuse service or cancel an order at any time, for any reason.
  • You may not copy, resell, or misuse our services or products without our written permission. Breaking these rules may lead to your services being stopped immediately.

2. Products and Services:

  • iCell Gadgets sells mobile phones, tablets, computers and accessories.
  • We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions and images are correct, but details like color or specifications may differ slightly.
  • Prices and product details can change at any time without notice.
  • We may limit sales to certain people, locations, or countries, and we decide this on a case-by-case basis.

3. Warranties on Devices: 

  • All devices come with a 12-month software warranty.
  • This covers software issues only.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical or water damage,
    • Damage caused by misuse or neglect,
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

4. Warranty on Accessories: 

  • Accessories (like chargers, cables, earphones, AirPods, etc.) come with a 12-month warranty.
  • If an accessory stops working within this time, we will replace it with a brand new one at no cost.
  • Example: If your AirPods 4th generation stop working within 12 months, we will give you a new set free of charge.

5. Returns and Refunds:

  • If you have any issues with your product, you can return it within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Returns and refunds will be handled according to our Return Policy.

6. Billing and Account Information:

  • When buying, give us correct and current details like your name, address, contact info, and payment details.
  • We can cancel or refuse an order if we think there's fraud, wrong pricing, or other problems.
  • If your order changes, we'll try to reach you using the info you gave us.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We deliver in Namibia and worldwide:
    • 2 hours: In towns with an iCell Gadgets store.
    • 24 hours: In towns without a store.
    • 7–14 days: For orders outside Namibia.
  • You'll get an email when your order ships.
  • If we have tracking info, we'll share it with you.

8. Software Warranty:

  • All phones come with a 12-month software warranty.
  • This only covers software problems.
  • It does not cover:
    • Hardware problems,
    • Damage from water or physical impact,
    • Misusing the phone.
  • Repairs done by non-authorized places may void your warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • iCell Gadgets isn’t responsible for losses or damages from using our products (including indirect or accidental ones).
  • We can’t promise our service will always be perfect, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • If we’re responsible for a problem, the most we’ll pay is what you paid for the product.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

  • We might update these Terms anytime.
  • New Terms will be posted on this page.
  • If you keep using our website or services after changes, you agree to the new Terms.
