Refund policy

1. Introduction:

This policy is part of our Customer Terms and Conditions. Any words used here that are defined in those Terms and Conditions have the same meaning.

You always keep your legal consumer rights, and nothing in this policy takes those away.

You may return a product you bought from iCell Gadgets (online or in-store) if:

  • You changed your mind,
  • You ordered the wrong item,
  • The product has a technical fault, or
  • You are unhappy with the quality.

We call any returned product a “Returned Product.”

2. Returning unwanted or incorrectly purchased products:

You can return a product you no longer want if:

  • It is still sealed, unused, and undamaged with all original packaging, labels, and stickers,
  • It includes all accessories and parts, and
  • You return it to us within 7 days of receiving it (or collecting it).

After 7 days, returns are only allowed if the product is defective.

3. Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we inspect and approve your return, we’ll refund you within 10 days.
  • If you’d rather exchange, you can swap it for another product of the same value.
    • If the new product costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.

No Refunds on Accessories:

  • We do not offer refunds on any accessories. All accessory sales are final once the purchase is made.

4. Important Notes:

  • If the packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with, we may charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
  • If you bought your product through a finance contract (bank/finance company), returning the product does not cancel your contract. You’re still responsible for those payments.
  • All returned products will be inspected first before we process a refund or exchange.

5. Products Damaged on Delivery:

  • If your product arrives damaged or missing parts/accessories, let us know within 5 days of receiving it.
  • Once we inspect and confirm the issue, you can choose to:
    • Get the product repaired,
    • Have it replaced, or
    • Receive a refund of the purchase price.

6. Faulty Products (Warranty):

  • All iCell Gadgets products come with a 1 (one) year software warranty.

7. Refunds:

  • Refunds are done by EFT (bank transfer) to your nominated bank account.
  • In some cases, we may do a credit card reversal instead.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
  • Please note: iCell Gadgets is not responsible for any bank charges, fees, or taxes linked to your refund.
