Shipping/Delivering Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery services across Namibia. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all regions within Namibia, including major towns and cities such as Windhoek, Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Oshakati, Ongwediva, Rundu, Katima Mulilo, and surrounding areas. For international deliveries, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and costs.

2. Order Processing Time

·       Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

·       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

·       You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We offer the following delivery options:

·       Local Pickup (if applicable): Ready within 24 hours at our designated collection point.

·       Courier Delivery (Door-to-Door): Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.

·       NamPost Postal Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on destination and postal schedules.

Please note: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time.

4. Shipping Fees

·       Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

·       We may offer free delivery promotions for qualifying orders (e.g., orders above N$1,000). Please check our website or social media pages for the latest offers.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delays or issues with your delivery:

·       Please contact us promptly at +264 81 275 8827 with your order number.

·       While we are not liable for courier or postal service delays, we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

·       Ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering to avoid failed or delayed deliveries.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your orders securely. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

·       Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

·       We will assist in filing claims with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.

8. International Shipping 

For international customers:

·       Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processes.

·       Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
