Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

iCell Gadgets provides delivery services within Namibia and selected international destinations through trusted courier partners.

We deliver to major towns and surrounding areas. International deliveries can be arranged where available, subject to courier availability and additional costs.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received, verified, and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been prepared for collection or delivery.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Windhoek, Oshakati, Walvis Bay & Rundu: Within 2 hours (within town limits where a branch is available).
Other towns within Namibia: Within 18–24 hours.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Courier Responsibility

iCell Gadgets uses trusted third-party courier companies for deliveries.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for loss, delays, or damage during transit transfers to the courier company.

iCell Gadgets will assist customers with any delivery concerns where possible.

5. Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues must be reported to both the courier company and iCell Gadgets as soon as possible.

6. Pre-Owned Devices Delivered by Courier

For pre-owned devices, iCell Gadgets will provide details regarding the physical and software condition of the device before shipment.

Once the device has been delivered, complaints based on previously disclosed condition will not be accepted.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details, including address and contact information.

iCell Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. International Deliveries

International deliveries are subject to courier availability, destination requirements, and customs processes.

Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
